Brendan J. Donnelly
Brendan brings over 35 years of Executive and Consulting experience to his position as Founder and CEO of Fishers Development Group (FDG). In his current role he oversees the direction and development of all FDG Client Services; while personally working with CEOs and Owners of small and medium sized companies. His main areas of focus include, executive coaching, organizational change, building effective leadership teams, driving new growth opportunities and establishing highly successful Exit Plans and Strategies for business owners.
Brendan’s diverse career has served him well in his role with Fishers Development Group. He has significant executive experience with Eastman Kodak, Pitney Bowes and IBM. He has 10+ years as an international executive in Europe and Asia. Additionally Brendan has served as President, CEO and General Manager of Companies and Businesses Divisions ranging from $30m to $300m in annual revenue. During the last 15 years of his corporate experience, he gained a reputation as an executive turnaround specialist who was hired to drive improvements in declining businesses. Since founding Fishers Development Group Brendan has successfully assisted and advised numerous small companies in driving major business growth and operating improvements. Along with Fishers Development Group, Executive VP Douglas Miller, has developed and launched their company’s fast growing Exit and Succession Planning business unit.
Brendan is a graduate of Hobart College with a BA in Economics and an MBA from Syracuse University.

Doug has 35 years of experience in process improvement and leadership positions in quality, engineering, manufacturing, and service areas supporting manufacturing. At Fishers Development Group he focuses on helping organizations improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing business problems and development of plans for improvement. Doug is also a specialist in Exit and Succession Planning, helping business owners prepare their businesses for sale or transfer.
Doug’s specialties include Strategic Planning, Project Management, Coaching and Mentoring of individuals and teams, Time Management, Lean Operating Methods and tools, Six Sigma Methods and tools, and creating an atmosphere where groups of people come together and solve problems through his strong facilitation skills.
Doug holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, is a Certified Quality Black Belt, and has been trained as a professional facilitator, as well as, an implementer of Lean Operating Systems.
